I never done Pilates before thought it was all gym type of equipment and just popped into her to skim through to see what it’s about and when i saw it was all mat i decided to try and dang! I’m glad to be here sweating on a Sunday! I got over my plateau and was able to get down to 189 my goal was to see the number 8 as the 2nd number 🥹 new goal is to see the number 7 now. 1% better everyday! This isn’t a sprint but a marathon! Woooo queen warriors! 💪🏽💪🏽
