Doing these stretches I can see SO much changes and I felt like I didn’t see anything because the scale hasn’t been moving I’ve been the same under 3lbs or over 3lbs but still the same weight and as im stretching during the warm ups I can totally tell my body is getting skinnnnnyyyyy
