Yes girl. We were sweating and the chat was popping! I committed to all live workouts this week because every time I do a replay I feel like I miss the gossip. We need the transcript on the replays. 😂

The ice bath conversation was hilarious. Coach Jamila said she stayed in for 25 seconds and could not make the full two minutes cold plunge. lol I wouldn’t have ever gotten a second in there.

I’m okay today. I went about 3-5 lbs. lighter of what you did because I knew I needed my arms for work today. 😂

Okay. Again, thought it was just me. I was like...two days in a row I can't log into the Live correctly? lol I'm not in yet either.

Okay. I'm glad I came to the comments in the community section. I was like..."ahh, why can't I ever log into the Live feed correctly?" lol So not just me this time. Video is not playing yet.
