3. Type “Barre” in the search bar, and you’ll see all of her available classes

1️⃣ Open your QW app, Tap on magnifying glass on the upper right section.

2️⃣ Tap “Targeted Body Areas.”

3️⃣ Choose the area you’d like to focus on — like "Core."

This will pull up all the ab-focused workouts for you to crush anytime
