Hello Queen! Jessica Basurto Thank you for reaching out. We completely understand your concerns, and we want to assure you that your privacy and security are our top priorities. We take extreme care in protecting every Queen Warrior's account, and you have nothing to worry about! The message you received is typically triggered when an account is detected on multiple devices, even if they belong to you. This can sometimes happen if you've logged in on a smart TV, phone, tablet, or other streaming device, as each login may be counted separately. Additionally, if you've ever accessed your account from a different browser or cleared your cache, it can prompt this type of notice.
You did the right thing by updating your password for extra security! If you ever notice any unusual activity or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us at info@queenwarriors.com. You’re safe, secure, and always welcome in this empowering community!
