Right now, since the badges feature is still in its Beta phase, it’s only available when you complete your workouts using the QW app on a mobile device (iOS or Android). So if you’re watching from your TV, the system isn’t able to track the workout for badge rewards just yet. We totally understand how this can be a bit frustrating, but we’re working hard behind the scenes to improve and expand this feature for all devices in the future! Just to clarify, in order to receive your Day 3 badge, you need to complete 3 workout classes on 3 consecutive days, without skipping a day in between. It’s not just about doing 3 workouts; it’s about doing them back-to-back daily to earn that badge. Yes Queen, if you’re playing your own music in the background, you can mute the QW video so your personal playlist shines through. Just be mindful that muting the video will also mute the coach’s voice and cues so if you're still getting used to the moves, you might want to keep it low instead of fully muted. Hey Queen! Yes, badges do apply to older replays as well! Even completing 30 minutes should still merit you a badge — just be sure to give it a few minutes after completing the workout for the system to recognize your activity. We also encourage you to let the video fully finish playing and avoid skipping ahead, as the system can detect that and it may affect badge tracking. Hey Queen! Great question! For the May Challenge, each daily movement or exercise is meant to be completed once through, so just 1x unless otherwise noted. However, if you’re feeling up to it and want to challenge yourself more, you’re absolutely welcome to repeat it for additional sets! Keep in mind, this challenge is about consistency and showing up daily, so listen to your body and do what feels best for you. Hey Queen Niesha chance  If you completed your workout but don’t see your badge yet, here’s how you can manually check:

Open your QW app.

Tap "Account" in the bottom right corner.

Right at the top, you’ll see your earned badges if they’ve been awarded.

Also, please make sure the workout or replay was watched in full, system can detect if parts were skipped, and skipping can prevent badges from being awarded.

Open your QW app.

Start playing a replay video.

Swipe up or use your home bar to open your music app (like Spotify or Apple Music).

Play your preferred song or playlist.

Swipe back to the QW app and continue watching the video with your own tunes playing in the background!

Yes, you do earn badges when you complete replay workouts, mindset, or nutrition classes as long as the class is completed fully. Just a heads-up: system can detect if a video was skipped or not completed all the way through, which might affect badge awarding. So make sure you let that full video play from start to finish without skipping ahead. 

To check your earned badges:

Tap on “Account” (bottom right corner)

Your badges will appear right at the top!
