
Hello Queen! To help you track your workouts:
When you open and play a workout, you should see a "Mark as Watched" option, just tap on that, and it’ll be recorded so you know you’ve already done it
Also, any workout you watch and complete should automatically show up in your “Continue Watching” section, which is the first thing you’ll see when you open your QW app! Super helpful to stay organized as you grow through your journey

Great question, Queen! You’ll find low-impact modifications built right into the workouts themselves. When a coach is demonstrating a high-impact move, they usually offer a low-impact version at the same time. No need for a separate video or split screen. Just follow along and choose the version that works best for your body and your journey.
