Queen! First, thank you for sharing this so openly. That takes courage. And please know , everything you’re feeling is valid. Postpartum changes, especially months later, can hit in ways we don’t always expect. Nine months postpartum with two girls and an 11-year gap? Your body has done something incredible. It’s okay to feel grateful and still struggle. Those feelings can exist at the same time. You are not alone in that. So many Queens silently navigate similar thoughts, and your honesty helps more than you know. We’re so proud of you for showing up anyway. That’s real strength. Staying consistent isn’t about perfection.. it’s about choosing yourself, little by little, even on the hard days. We’re honored you’re on this journey with us. It sounds like you may have been in the Daily Schedule section. That area shows the weekly lineup, but it doesn’t actually launch the LIVE class which is why you were only seeing a short replay preview.

To access the live workout:

Open your QW App

Tap “Calendar” at the bottom

Select today’s date

From there, you’ll see the live class and can enter directly

The Calendar section is your go-to for all live sessions ✨

Yes, it absolutely works - with commitment and consistency. QW has helped thousands of women build curves, grow their glutes, and transform their bodies and confidence. Since your goal is to maintain weight and recomp (hello booty + hips for Punta Cana🌴), focus on strength and booty-based classes 3–5x a week and challenge your weights over time.
