They can be a convenient way to help you hit your protein goals, especially during a busy day. That said, whole food sources of protein (like lean meats, fish, eggs, beans, and lentils) are always the foundation powders and shakes are best thought of as supplements, not replacements. Hi Queen! Great question! It’s totally fine if you’d like to do the Love Yourself Challenge – POWER Edition Tuesday through Friday instead of starting today. What matters most is that you complete your 3 workouts per week you have the flexibility to decide what days work best for you.
