To help strengthen your core, here’s a great way to start: Check out our Core Workout Library through this direct link: Core Workouts. You can also explore the Replay section in your QW app and use the filter option under targeted areas, just select "Core" for workouts focused on your midsection. Here’s the direct link: Replay Workouts. As for vegetarian meal ideas, try focusing on high-protein, fiber-rich foods like quinoa, lentils, chickpeas, tofu, and leafy greens! Smoothies packed with spinach, chia seeds, and plant-based protein can be a great addition too!

Next, for a more personalized search, tap the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner of the app and:

We hear you, Queen! Nicole Raven has been such a powerful force in this community, and we know how much she means to all of us. While the original plan was for her to teach through the week, she made the decision to wrap up a little sooner due to travel, and we fully support her in this exciting new chapter.
