While the Queen Warrior 3 Method now features 1-hour sessions, you always have the flexibility to complete just 30 minutes if that works better for you. Additionally, you can still find previous 30-minute workouts in the Latest Replay section of your QW app. As for Coach Chasity, we appreciate your love for her classes! Previously, the 30-minute sessions were designed as separate workouts, but with the transition to the Queen Warrior 3 Method, those sessions are now combined into full 1-hour classes.
