Queen! Great question and totally understandable if things feel a bit different after being off the app for a while! While it may appear that only the most recent 30 sessions are visible under each workout category (like HIIT, Power, etc.), there's actually much more available to you inside your QW app.

To find more classes:

Open your QW App

Tap on the “Search” icon (magnifying glass) in the lower right corner.

Type in “coach's name" in the search bar.

You'll see all of  classes appear. In addition to using the search bar, once you’re in the Search section of your QW app:

Tap on the “Filter” option

There, you’ll see the option to filter by coach’s name — just scroll and select Coach's name.

You can also add additional filters like Full Body, Core, etc., to narrow it down further!

And of course, if you ever need help or run into any trouble, feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com

A Herrera Thank you so much for your message and for checking in, Queen! We totally understand how valuable your time is and we’re so sorry if this was a bit confusing! To clarify: yes, it’s completely okay to skip through the intro and jump straight into the workout portion of the video, especially when time is tight. As long as you complete 30 minutes or more of a workout, mindset, or nutrition class, you’re all good to receive your badge! We absolutely appreciate your dedication, and remember even if a badge doesn’t pop up, the work you’re putting in definitely counts! If you have more questions or need support, feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com anytime. You got this! 💖

Good morning Queen & Happy Friday! Geraldine Perez Gamba Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention and you're absolutely right to be curious. Although the notifications are designed to go out right on time before each live class, we’ve noticed that for some users, they’ve been going out with a slight delay, just like you mentioned. This definitely isn’t how it’s intended to work. Please rest assured that our team has already recognized this issue and it’s been officially reported so we can get the timing of those notifications back to how it should be prompt and helpful! We appreciate your patience and your proactive mindset, and if you ever need more support, don’t hesitate to email us at info@queenwarriors.com.

Good morning Queen! Thank you so much for your message and no worries at all, you’re doing absolutely nothing wrong! Right now, since the badges feature is still in its Beta phase, it’s only available when you complete your workouts using the QW app on a mobile device (iOS or Android). So if you’re watching from your TV, the system isn’t able to track the workout for badge rewards just yet. We totally understand how this can be a bit frustrating, but we’re working hard behind the scenes to improve and expand this feature for all devices in the future! In the meantime, feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com if you have any other questions or need support

Hi Queen Thank you so much for reaching out and for your dedication. 3 hours of workouts is incredible! We sincerely apologize if your badges haven’t shown up yet. The Badges Feature is still in its Beta version, and our team has been actively working on it since its launch to ensure everything runs smoothly. We’ve taken note of your account and rest assured, your badges will show up very soon. In the meantime, you are absolutely welcome to send us an email at info@queenwarriors.com for any updates or further support. We truly appreciate your patience and commitment!

Hi Queen! Thanks for reaching out and amazing job staying committed to your workouts! Just to clarify, in order to receive your Day 3 badge, you need to complete 3 workout classes on 3 consecutive days, without skipping a day in between. It’s not just about doing 3 workouts; it’s about doing them back-to-back daily to earn that badge. If you believe you've followed this and still haven’t received your badge, please feel free to send us an email at info@queenwarriors.com so we can look into it for you and make sure everything is good to go.

Yes Queen, if you’re playing your own music in the background, you can mute the QW video so your personal playlist shines through. Just be mindful that muting the video will also mute the coach’s voice and cues so if you're still getting used to the moves, you might want to keep it low instead of fully muted. You're always welcome to email us at info@queenwarriors.com if you need any help!

Hey Queen! Yes, badges do apply to older replays as well! Even completing 30 minutes should still merit you a badge — just be sure to give it a few minutes after completing the workout for the system to recognize your activity. We also encourage you to let the video fully finish playing and avoid skipping ahead, as the system can detect that and it may affect badge tracking. If your badge still doesn’t show up, feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com so we can assist further.

Hey Queen! Great question! For the May Challenge, each daily movement or exercise is meant to be completed once through, so just 1x unless otherwise noted. However, if you’re feeling up to it and want to challenge yourself more, you’re absolutely welcome to repeat it for additional sets! Keep in mind, this challenge is about consistency and showing up daily, so listen to your body and do what feels best for you. If you ever need more clarification or support, feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com

Niesha chance Thank you so much for your feedback, Queen! We truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts, and we completely understand where you're coming from. We apologize for the confusion. Just to clarify, completing a 30-minute workout should still absolutely earn you a badge. That said, we always encourage finishing a workout in full to ensure it’s properly registered by the system. This badge feature is currently in beta, and our team is working hard behind the scenes to improve it daily, taking valuable feedback like yours into consideration. If you continue experiencing issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@queenwarriors.com so we can assist further.
