To join the live workouts, please open your QW App and follow these steps:

1. Tap “Calendar” at the bottom of the app.

2. Select today’s date.

3. You’ll see the scheduled class there and can tap it to enter the live workout.

If you’re still getting familiar with the app, we highly recommend watching the “Start Here” video. Coach Fabiana explains exactly how everything works and how to navigate the platform.
