All classes are saved and uploaded as replays, so you can do them anytime that works for you. To find them, just head to the “Latest Replay” section in your app that will have the most recent workouts ready for you. You can also check the Calendar to see what classes were done and then watch them later. From there, keep it easy:

• Go to Latest Replays and pick one workout a day (don’t overthink it!)

• Stick with 30-minute workouts to start

• Do that for a couple of weeks to build consistency before exploring more

Since you plan to work out in the mornings, the Replay section will be perfect for you. Many Queens simply choose a workout from the Latest Replays and go with the flow. The workouts are designed so you can mix them throughout the week. For example some upper body, lower body, glutes, or full body. You can also check the Calendar in the app to see what classes were done live and then watch those later as replays.
