Great question, Queen. If you don’t have a yoga or stability ball, no worries at all. You can still get the most out of your session! Depending on the movement, here are a few alternatives you can try:
A sturdy pillow or folded blanket can provide some support for seated or balance-based movements.
A foam roller (if you have one) can work for certain exercises that involve light support or stretching.
A wall or sturdy chair can also be used for balance or modifications when needed.
The most important thing is to move safely and comfortably. If you're ever unsure, feel free to skip or modify a movement and simply stay connected to your breath and body, that’s what yoga is all about.
