Haidee Absolutely, Queen! 💖 There will definitely be replays available, so don't let scheduling stop you from joining the Summer Shred Challenge. ☀️💪 The only thing to keep in mind is that for this challenge, replays will only be available for a limited time. We highly encourage all Queens to join the live workouts whenever possible to get the full experience and stay accountable throughout the challenge.

Marcelle Sealy Hey Queen! 💖 No need to go anywhere else! Once you open your Queen Warriors App, the live workout will be right there for you. 🙌 Just log into your QW App at class time and you'll be able to join directly from inside the app.

Star Hampton  Great question, Queen! 💖 We definitely encourage Queens to join the live workouts whenever possible since that's where you'll get the full community energy and challenge experience. That said, we completely understand busy schedules! If you can't make a live class because of your daughters' track practice, you can complete the replay and it will still count toward your Summer Shred workouts. Just keep in mind that Summer Shred replays are only available for a limited time, so we recommend completing them as soon as you can. The goal is 3 workouts per week, whether live or replay, while staying as consistent as possible. You've got this, Queen! ☀️

Tamika This is it Queen! 💪
