Hi Queen Great job staying consistent that’s amazing! Let me help clarify how the badges and streaks work. Badges are connected to your Calendar Streaks, which track how many days in a row you watch or complete a workout. To count toward your streak (and badges), you need to do your workout or watch a mindset or nutrition segment on the app. Over time, as your streak grows, you’ll unlock more badges for those milestones.

One important thing to check:Please make sure “Streaks” are turned ON in your Calendar section.

Here’s how:

Open your QW App

Tap Calendar

Look for the ⚙️ settings icon

Make sure Streaks is enabled

To join the live workouts, please open your QW App and follow these steps:

Tap “Calendar” at the bottom of the app.

Select today’s date.

You’ll see the scheduled class there and can tap it to enter the live workout.

If you’re still getting familiar with the app, we highly recommend watching the “Start Here” video. Coach Fabiana explains exactly how everything works and how to navigate the platform.
