Absolutely, Queen! we hear you! Not much has changed. The new 1-hour classes are essentially a thoughtful combination of two 30-minute sessions merged into one for a more complete and progressive workout experience. There’s even a 2-minute break built in halfway through to help you reset if you choose to continue. That said, you absolutely have the option to do just the first 30 minutes if that fits your schedule or energy level better. The beauty of the program is that it’s designed with flexibility in mind you’re still showing up and staying consistent, which is what truly matters most. And of course, if you have any questions or need further support, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@queenwarriors.com

We truly understand how disappointing it can feel when you’re unable to find a workout you’ve enjoyed, especially powerful sessions like Sammi and Jamila’s lower body routines! Please rest assured, no workout videos have been removed from the app. However, videos are regularly updated and shuffled within each category to keep content fresh and engaging. This sometimes means a workout may appear in a different section or not be immediately visible.

To help you find a specific workout, we recommend using the magnifying glass icon at the top-right corner of your app. Then:

Select your coach’s name under the “Author” field

Choose the Targeted Body Area (e.g., lower body)

Set the Duration you’re looking for

Skip the “Category” section

Additionally, we encourage you to use the “Save,” “Download,” or “Mark as Watched” options for easier access to your favorite workouts in the future.
