In fact, Queen Warriors is designed to support you right where you are, no matter your starting point. Our workouts are a powerful blend of strength training, cardio, and functional movement all with the goal of helping you build consistency, confidence, and a healthy mindset. Some women may see weight gain at the start, especially if they’re building muscle or coming from a lower-activity lifestyle, but that doesn’t mean they’re not making progress. Your body may be changing in powerful ways that aren’t always reflected immediately on the scale. The goal here is long-term wellness, not quick fixes — and shrinking isn’t a requirement to start showing up for yourself.
