That’s where we list out the exact equipment being used by your coach, so you’ll know ahead of time what to have ready. If you don’t have a specific piece of equipment, no worries at all! You can always modify and use the best available alternative that works for you. The most important thing is that you keep moving and stay consistent. They can be a convenient way to help you hit your protein goals, especially during a busy day. That said, whole food sources of protein (like lean meats, fish, eggs, beans, and lentils) are always the foundation powders and shakes are best thought of as supplements, not replacements.
