For the month of November, we shifted into POWER Month, which is why you’ve been seeing all Power-focused workouts instead of the usual HIIT format. Each class is structured with 30 minutes of upper-body power followed by 30 minutes of lower-body work targeting the glutes. When it comes to tightening loose skin, results can vary from person to person. Strength training, movement, and consistency can all play a supportive role, but it’s important to know that there isn’t a single workout or video that can guarantee tightening in a specific area.
