Hey Queen!  So sorry for the delayed response. Thank you so much for your patience! To answer your question, the 7:30 p.m. EST time was selected to help keep everything consistent and aligned across the board. We know all our Queens have different schedules and commitments, but this time was chosen because it tends to be the most convenient for the majority of our community, giving everyone a chance to finish their day and show up strong for themselves!  We totally understand that availability varies, which is why we always have replays ready for you to catch the workouts whenever it works best for you!  If you ever have more questions or need anything, feel free to reach out to us at info@queenwarriors.com.

Great question, Queen! You’ll find low-impact modifications built right into the workouts themselves. When a coach is demonstrating a high-impact move, they usually offer a low-impact version at the same time. No need for a separate video or split screen. Just follow along and choose the version that works best for your body and your journey. Hello Queen! To help you track your workouts:

When you open and play a workout, you should see a "Mark as Watched" option, just tap on that, and it’ll be recorded so you know you’ve already done it 

Also, any workout you watch and complete should automatically show up in your “Continue Watching” section, which is the first thing you’ll see when you open your QW app! Super helpful to stay organized as you grow through your journey

Absolutely, Queen!  We're so excited that you're setting up your space to crush those workouts! 

For your at-home workouts, here are a few basic suggestions that can go a long way:

A pair of light to medium dumbbells 

A resistance band set for added challenge

A yoga mat for comfort and support

Ankle weights if you're looking to level up

Kettlebell (optional but awesome for power & strength workouts)

These are just a few essentials that work well with many Queen Warriors workouts, but your needs may vary based on your goals!

Next, for a more personalized search, tap the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner of the app and:

✅ Skip Category

✅ Select Your Target Areas

✅ Choose Equipment (if needed)
