Hi Queen! 💖 Welcome to the Queen Warriors community! We're so excited to have you here. For the workouts, you can absolutely use household items or dumbbells, so don't feel like you need a full gym setup to get started. If you're purchasing dumbbells, a great beginner combination is 5 lb, 10 lb, and 15 lb pairs. As you get stronger, you can always add 20 lb or 25 lb dumbbells later on.

Other helpful items to have are:

• An exercise mat

• A water bottle

• A towel

• Resistance bands (optional)

The most important thing is to start with a weight that challenges you while still allowing you to maintain good form. You can always increase the weight as your strength improves. Hi Queen! Great question! It depends on the device you're using. 😊If you're watching on your phone, tablet, or web browser, your workouts should count toward your streak as long as they're watched directly in the QW app or website.

If you're watching on a TV app, there are a few things to keep in mind:

Roku (v3.14+) and Apple TV (v2.8.0+) support streaks, but the workout must first be added to your Calendar to count.

Fire TV, Android TV, and Samsung TV do not yet fully support Streaks & Badges.

If you're casting (Chromecast/AirPlay), those views won't count toward your streak.

If you let us know which TV and tablet you used last week, we'd be happy to help determine why those two classes didn't count. You can also email us at info@queenwarriors.com, and our team will be happy to assist you further. 👑✨
