Hey Queen! Great question- yes, if you're referring to the Live workout, it does go live every Monday through Thursday at 7:30 PM ET, and on Fridays at 10:00 AM ET. But no worries! You don’t have to wait until 7:30 PM to get your sweat on!  You can always access our Replay Section in the QW app, where you’ll find the most recent and powerful workouts led by our amazing coaches.

To clarify, the Nutrition Coaching with Alexis is a separate subscription from the main Queen Warriors workouts. So if you're not seeing the nutrition videos anymore, it may be because that particular subscription has expired or wasn't included in your current plan. Since account and subscription details can vary, the best way for us to support you personally is through email.
