It’s a structured 4-week journey with brand-new workouts, a fresh nutrition guide, accountability, and prizes (including $1,000 cash + a $300 gift card draw ). The platform gives you ongoing workouts, but the challenge is all about structure, focus, and big results in just 4 weeks. More details will be shared as we get closer to this challenge.
