Hi Queen! Absolutely, we understand how frustrating it can be when you’re ready to work out and can’t find the QW app on your TV. TV availability can depend on the brand/model of your TV, its operating system, your region, and whether the TV’s app store supports the QW app. Some smart TVs and TV platforms may not currently have the QW app available, even though you can still access your workouts through other supported devices. If your TV doesn’t have the QW app, you can also use the QW mobile app or web browser and, depending on your setup, cast or mirror the workout to your TV. If you’re seeing an error or the app simply isn’t appearing in your TV’s app store, please email us at info@queenwarriors.com with your TV brand/model and a screenshot of what you’re seeing, if possible. Our team can then check the specific setup and provide the most accurate guidance. ✨
