Hey ladies so I was gone for a couple months because I moved across country and things got a little crazy in the transition so it took me a minute for things to calm down but now that I’m trying to get back into the swing of things everything is so different. Is the new schedule going to stay just three days now? And it’s only Fabi now ..is that right? I don’t need details if something happened I’m just wondering because it’s so different now I thought maybe it was just a summer change but then i saw all the old videos were taken down too so just wondering if these new changes are permanent changes so I can get use to this new normal.

Heyyyy ladies hope your week is starting off wonderful!!! Just dropping in to say keep going!!!! You got this!!! I’ve been feeling like I may have hit a plateau but the last three days people are noticing the slim down and telling me I look great lol. Clockkk itttt lol it’s those small moments that help me along the way lol. Makes me feel like my hard work is finally showing. Regardless of wether anyone else sees it though I feel better inside! I sleep better, breathe better, I feel lighter on my feet, and I’m so greatful to you ladies and coaches!!! Let’s lock in ladies we can do this!!!

Had a blast in coach Jamilas class tonight with the queens.💪🏽🥵she killled us lol. I’m so grateful for this platform! And, I’m so grateful for the coaches for always pouring into us during our journeys. Becoming a QW has really changed my life. I’m on year two and I can’t wait to keep growing, and strengthening, and learning, and healing, and laughing along this journey with yall 🤣🫶🏽 let’s get it ladies!
