Thank you for sharing my schedule is a lot like urs and sometimes I get so tired and discouraged. I love hearing other moms doing the same thing I'm doing and seeing results... I will continue to push and be patience and give myself grace... You stayed consistent and it shows...I'm next !💪

Just finished day 4 Empower Her ... I loved it ... Definitely earned them showers the energy was great kept me motivated and pushing till the end... I was so proud of myself I thought I couldn't finished sometimes but I pushed thru .... Didn't know I had it in me 💪I'm ready for this week

So I did the 1st video in series Empower her with Sam .... And .... My body still shaking and I'm done 😂 listen I loved it ... It's a good work out when I gotta army crawl to my bed ok ... But it hurt so good.. I am so grateful for the challenge...love it can't wait to complete the series and try the other program.
