4th of July a tragedy happened and a glass stabbed my leg right by my knee. Few broken bone fragments and stitches were required. I've been on a slight break to recover. I tried qw 2weeks after my stitches were removed but the pain was too much I decided to rest and today was my first day back....again Aimee made my fat cry 😆 and I'm glad to say I am 95 percent capable of completing the work out with slight mods and a slower pace to help regain my strength. Looking forward to getting back on my fitness journey 🎊 🎊 🎉 (all praises to Jehovah-Rapha)
