janessa Girl, you should try it! Its great for the skin and hair! Good for energy.  It is also great with helping with muscle aches and pains. You should try it!! Its usually about 10-15 minutes each session and is fairly affordable.

Yess Queens!! Self Care Sunday is a must!!  Mine consisted of some leg compressions, red light therapy and a B-12 I.V Drip.  Gotta put back into this body so I can keep going.
