Happy Sunday Besties! if you have not done the Pilates replay yet let me be your sign to RUN and walk to do it OMG it was amazing and I did better than I expected. Coach Sherrell did her thing can't wait til Friday!

Quick lunch! Hey besties just wanted to share my quick lunch I had to take my son to his follow up appointment grab him food and me some lunch so I went to chick fil a and did the side kale salad 3 piece tenders cut them up add hot sauce and honey and WHEN I tell you I’m hooked I’m hooked. Back to work I go see yall later tonight for power!

Happy Sunday besties! I went to Marshall’s and found weights to use with my stepper (when it arrives) and two kettlebells. I’m ready for those kettlebell classes lol. Let’s increase our weights and continue to get/stay strong! 💪🏾

After tonight’s party it has really made me want to stay on track and focus on my goals to become a better version of myself. Today was a “rest day” but best believe I got in some steps to close my exercise ring on my watch. I really can’t wait for the fat burners because I rarely win anything. Thank you QW ❤️❤️🙏🏾

Happy Sunday besties! Let me be that voice to tell you to workout in case you aren’t feeling it today. Trust me you’ll feel better at the end! I myself wasn’t feeling it and had a friend tell me to do it so I went allll the way back and did one of Coach Jamila first live back in 2023 lol I wasn’t playing when I said I was going to go back and do those replays 😂.

Happy Friday !!! Just completed 12/18/23 HIIT w Coach Jamila if you are on the fence and not in the mood to workout tonight go do this workout because that was me 30mins ago and I’m happy I did it. Have a great weekend 👑 ❤️❤️
