Good morning Besties! Just competed “Power with Raven Replay 7:30am (4/12)” and I’m an drenched but feeling good to start my day!

I’ve been reading a few post/comments and I’m not here to argue but to share my view on Pilates and barre. I agree that we tend to see more results(calories burned) with hiit and power HOWEVER, don’t sleep on barre and Pilates because since I really started taking them and keeping an open mind I find my self becoming stronger and my posture/form is better during hiit and power workouts. I say try a 30min barre class you won’t regret it!
