Good morning Besties! Just competed “Power with Raven Replay 7:30am (4/12)” and I’m an drenched but feeling good to start my day!

I’ve been reading a few post/comments and I’m not here to argue but to share my view on Pilates and barre. I agree that we tend to see more results(calories burned) with hiit and power HOWEVER, don’t sleep on barre and Pilates because since I really started taking them and keeping an open mind I find my self becoming stronger and my posture/form is better during hiit and power workouts. I say try a 30min barre class you won’t regret it!

Good afternoon Besties! I woke up on the lazy side of the bed. I watched the time go by and finally decided to get up and work out I said I was going to just get on the stepper then decided to do "Barre with Yvona Replay 10:30 AM ET (12/06)" that 30 min workout encouraged me to get on the stepper and I needed up doing 1 hour instead of my initial thought of just doing 30 mins.😅😅

Good evening besties! I did these two oldies and I really enjoy doing the older replays from before joining. If you want a good core workout try these along with the barre I posted a few days ago. #chefskiss

Happy Sunday Besties! if you have not done the Pilates replay yet let me be your sign to RUN and walk to do it OMG it was amazing and I did better than I expected. Coach Sherrell did her thing can't wait til Friday!
