Good Morning Queens,

This is my first challenge and I am super excited. My biggest goals for this challenge is to build consistency, build strength in my knees and my wrist ( I can’t do a push-up), and weight loss. I have theee kiddos, 9 (turning 10 tomorrow), 3 ( turning 4 two Mondays from now) and 2. I want to take this challenge to really dedicate time for me and grow my confidence. I’m so happy I found this community. I’m praying I can maintain the discipline.

Hey Queens,
I haven’t been able to catch live workouts due to schedule but when I come home I’ve been doing kettlebell works with Raven. And literally every one her motivational talks in between sets is right on point, which is crazy because some of these workouts were months ago. I’ve only been here a month but the support that everyone shows each other motivates me to keep going even with the kids pulling at my leg during workouts 🤣

Hi all,
