Good Morning Queens,

This is my first challenge and I am super excited. My biggest goals for this challenge is to build consistency, build strength in my knees and my wrist ( I can’t do a push-up), and weight loss. I have theee kiddos, 9 (turning 10 tomorrow), 3 ( turning 4 two Mondays from now) and 2. I want to take this challenge to really dedicate time for me and grow my confidence. I’m so happy I found this community. I’m praying I can maintain the discipline.
