for me, I focus on the parts of my body that I really do love and show grace to the parts where I want to see improvement. I am really big on how I talk to myself about myself, even when there is room for growth. I remember that even if I am looking improvement, my body in its current state is still helping me to accomplish so many things, and I am grateful for that. I compliment myself often and remind myself that I fearfully and wonderfully made. In other words, when God made me, He didn’t put together no mess, He was purposeful and made me special.
