Caught the replay. I may have killed this workout, but not without plenty of battle scars lol. That was a tough one!

W1D1 - Hi everyone! I did my first workout this morning and was sweating bullets!
Very excited to get back to this wellness journey after the passing of my mother last year left me depressed and unmotivated. Took 2 of the on demand classes with Jamilla and she had me PUMPED!
