Yes I think so my pants were tight around my butt and thighs and The scale went up. I do have a before picture, actually the picture that made me started taking my dieting serious. So I started queen warrior 5 weeks ago. Iโ€™ve been increasing my weights and when I went to put on my jeans this morning they were snug lol is this normal? HELP!

Stop weighing yourself. Remember muscle weighs more than fat. I would measure instead

Day 1 of me doing the 4 week express thick & fit ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ wish me luck lol

Thank you Iโ€™m doing that too! Thankfully today it feels a little better than yesterday. Iโ€™m not gonna push myself too hard until Iโ€™m completely healed. I donโ€™t need anymore issues lol

Pulled something in my back yesterday morning casually standing up from the couch ๐Ÿ˜’ even though Iโ€™m in a little bit of pain. I know sitting makes it worse. So today I still went to the gym but I kept it light. Walked two miles on and off on an incline ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ #motivated
