This week makes it 5 weeks straight for me. 💪🏼 I feel stronger than ever! And I feel motivated and focus. I love the workouts! But I don’t love the calorie counting lol. It’s not really my cup of tea. It drives me crazy. I’ve just been making smart/ healthier choices, eating less and not going for seconds. And only treating myself dessert on sundays when we have family dinner. I can truly say I can see this being more of a life style change than just a “diet” or just working out to just lose weight. Guys I FEEL GREAT!!!!!

I don’t know about anyone else but I really love the collections and on demand QW has. For One it makes it easy for me to figure out what I’m going to do for the week. And two, I put it in my head as if it is a “challenge”. It pushes me to finish the whole 4 weeks and not miss any days. Also, I started adding in a 30 minute hiit workout before each power workout. For example if I know that day during my “challenge” I’m doing a full body power workout. I’ll do a full body hiit workout.

It would be cool if QW started doing challenges a month long. If you’re like me it makes me really push myself to workout and give it my ALL!

Question 🙋🏼‍♀️… I’m doing the thick & fit challenge is that enough? Or do I need to do more work outs with the challenge?

Pulled something in my back yesterday morning casually standing up from the couch 😒 even though I’m in a little bit of pain. I know sitting makes it worse. So today I still went to the gym but I kept it light. Walked two miles on and off on an incline 💪🏼 #motivated
