Hi , I’m confused lol. I got the 24 hour detox emailed to me. How do I go about it? I eat the food that I downloaded that’s on the flat belly rest? And then when do I drink the smoothies? And why is there 3 different ones? But I only see one detox drink on the flat belly rest form?

Did anybody else use ZOZOFIT to get there measurements?

If you did, did anyone see how raw the app is with the body stats. It said my physique is like a 45 year old women (I’m 37). My body shape is a teardrop- basically a pear shape but more fat in the areas a pear shape should be small šŸ˜’the only thing that was good was the app said I have a perky peach. 🤣

I was hysterical laughing when I saw my results. I was like damnnnn okkk ZOZOFIT tell me how you feel 🤣But all jokes aside I think I needed to hear that

Not to put my business on here but life has been lifing lol seriously though too much is going on at once and I keep trying to push positive towards my goals no matter what is going on and this program has been the only thing keeping me sane the challenge is pushing me to finish my workouts measure my food & gives me something to look forward to ā¤ļø

Has anyone else watched the documentary the biggest loser on Netflix?

Did you guys see the insane workouts they had to do? They made them workout 6-8 hours a day! Or the way they yelled at them when they couldn’t finish the workout 😳and then the amount of calories they could only eat was even more insane.

What a horrible way to learn how to be healthy…

Today I went to the gym to do my workout (sometimes I need to, it motivates me) my gym has a different section for just women (which I love btw) and let me tell you guys while I was lifting my weights going in this morning all the girls were looking at me like okkkkk look at her lift lol. I’m not gonna lie it felt good! I felt good! (I’m gonna say that again) I felt good!!!!! šŸ’ŖšŸ¼
