Pulled something in my back yesterday morning casually standing up from the couch šŸ˜’ even though Iā€™m in a little bit of pain. I know sitting makes it worse. So today I still went to the gym but I kept it light. Walked two miles on and off on an incline šŸ’ŖšŸ¼ #motivated
