I don’t know where everyone is from but I’m from New York. I just walked outside & New York is feeling like summer at 6:30am!!! I love it! That means it’s crunch time queens!!!

-1/4 cup of oatmeal

-2 eggs

-3 tablespoons of egg whites

-1 scoop of protein (I suggest vanilla but I ran out but this is what my boyfriend had lol)

-1 banana (sorry I forgot to put it in the picture lol)

Mix together & you have high protein pancakes

-49.1 grams of protein just for breakfast

I did day one Sunday and day two yesterday for the LYC and idk what is sore more. My upper back, the back of my arms, my glutes, my legs or my abs. 🙃

Just came in from a 1 mile walk on my break & now eating a grilled chicken salad with homemade Cesar dressing made out of Greek yogurt 💪🏼
