I’m so sorry for your loss, Queen Lency
I lost my mom this past March and my father a few years ago and while it was really difficult to push through and workout both times - I found it helped me in that it gave me 30 or 45 minutes to focus on something else. I gave myself grace on diet and nutrition and drank wine when I felt like it, and the workouts weren’t always the best, but I tried to look at it as a way to zone out from the grief for a bit. Not that it didn’t creep in in the middle of a workout but it gave me some time to put my energy elswhere.
So I’d say try to keep moving, know it might not be your best show up, give yourself grace and remember that movement has so many other benefits not just for physical but for our mental health as well.
