Hi and welcome! Youāll want to get yourself some resistance bands and at least one set of dumbbells fairly soon. If you donāt have that, most HIIT classes (and yoga) donāt use any equipment⦠you can also get creative and make some things you might have around the house work as a weight! (Water bottles, a book, stuff in the pantry lol)
Eventually youāll want to get a couple options for light, medium and heavy dumbbells but if you donāt have them -donāt let that be the reason not to start!!

Stephanie Molina for me⦠I use cross training or functional training and let it run thru both (because I donāt have time to end it and start another one while coaching š« )
You could pick one of those or do hiit for the first part and a strength option for second half.
