I know it seems confusing and overwhelming at first, but like Janessa said - just pick 3 workouts and commit to 3x a week to start.
Once you get comfortable with that you can pick the type of workouts, etc. and get more detailed.
See if you can figure out a time of day to do them, find a replay of a workout, hit play and do your best!
And remember that when you’re new at something, it’s bound to be a little confusing and uncomfortable, we never start anything new in life as experts! 🤍
