Coach Jamila yes for the most part. It’s most confident for me due to having small kids at home. I have the chance of leaving them at home with Dad while I go work out at the gym. They don’t allow me to when I’m home 😵‍💫

I started recently. I’m having a little trouble Navagating still through the workouts. I’m not sure if I’m not filtering properly or if I’m looking in the wrong section but I can not find the gym work outs. It’s a little easier for me to work out at the gym than home due to my kids.

Hi ladies quick question. Are there any gym workouts? That require the use of gym equipment. I tried searching the videos but didn’t see any. While at the gym I wanted to do workouts with equipment
