Coach Jamila yes for the most part. It’s most confident for me due to having small kids at home. I have the chance of leaving them at home with Dad while I go work out at the gym. They don’t allow me to when I’m home 😵‍💫

I started recently. I’m having a little trouble Navagating still through the workouts. I’m not sure if I’m not filtering properly or if I’m looking in the wrong section but I can not find the gym work outs. It’s a little easier for me to work out at the gym than home due to my kids.

Where can I find that. Sorry I’m new and still learning to navigate through the app.
