Hey Ladies. I just joined this morning after being apart of the journey but on the sidelines. I'd watch the lives on Instagram, screen record and follow along lol. Obviously it wasn't enough motivation because I fell off and haven't done a workout since January of this year. Hopefully this is a safe space for all of us to get to our goal whatever it may be.
