Awesome question! You could try using a dry shampoo spray throughout the week. Spray it on the scalp and rub gently to remove any excess oils or dirt/sweat , then oil/moisturize scalp as needed and cover with your silk bonnet πŸ™‚. I wash my braids normally at home but i haven't had braid in since I started QW. It's been wigs to take on and off while I sweat for me lol Good luck and I'll be following for anymore tips and tricks. #wealwayslearning

Once again... these notifications coming in hot and right on time πŸŒΈπŸ§˜πŸ½β€β™€οΈ I needed to hear this message especially when it mentioned trusting our own intuition and allowing ourselves to walk away from the red flags. I woke this morning feeling hurt and today was supposed to be my 'cheat day' but instead I think I'll continue my therapy and join a live or choose a different class. I need it β™€οΈπŸ–€πŸŒΈ

Every morning there's something in these affirmations that Really touch home with me. I said this one aloud to my daughter before she went off to school today. The Hell Yeah part made her look at me funny lol. Thank you
