Yeah I have not received mines either, I emailed them and I was told it was shipped on July 13, the tracking number does not work.

I normally go to The tab Fitness level and pick what I want to do(beginner, intermediate or advanced) and pick videos that way. Or wait till the live video of the day go up and replay it!

Hi A Herrera I been keeping up with everything. I went down 2 more pounds. I am finally stepping out of the 70’s. I’m looking more slimmer. I am still doing the Intermediate fasting, it has helped me. Since I have a crazy work scheduled. Hope your feeling better!! 💪🏼
