Hi All
Thinking about joining the LYC challenge...is this a daily without challenge for 30 days?
I need something to get me motivated, I enjoy at the end of April and have done 1 workout.. I'm ashamed and embarrassed.
I've been having severe lower back pain and of course that's played into the lack of motivation...
I don't want to give up before I even start... help!! I'm drowning in my own negative thoughts!

Today was my Day 1 - May 13th - I was already in pain with spasms in my side BUT I committed to starting today... with modifying the exercises, of course!

When you first started your fitness journey on QW, where did you begin? As soon as I can recover from my lower back pain I'd like to get a schedule going...recommendations?

I finally signed up after contemplating this decision for a few minutes...all set and ready to go. Unfortunately I suffer from bulging/ herniated discs and arthritis in my lower back. I've been in chronic pain for over a week. I'm not giving up on my goal it's just going to take a bit longer than anticipated. #notgivinguponme
