Hi Ladies, good afternoon!  totally unrelated to the challenge.  In the intro video by Fabiana when you first start - there's a food guide chart ie things to eat/avoid, etc.  I can't seem to find it anywhere - can someone help me?

Sandra Infante yum!! I'm sure it came out delicious... I'm going to put my hand to the Turkey sausage and egg casserole.

I'm just not sure about all those eggs, I'll probably change up the recipe a bit
