Yvona Gonzalez hello, I’m doing the workouts but I’m feeling frustrated with myself. I feel like I’m probably doing the exercises wrong because I don’t feel them in my butt I feel them in my quads or any other workouts. So I feel like I’m doing it wrong. I’m scared to weigh myself because I feel like what I’m doing is not working because I’m doing it wrong. I want to do this so bad and I want it to work but I feel like it’s not working because I’m not working out correctly. It’s hitting me hard, my mind is affecting me because I feel like I see no change yet I’m too afraid to check because then I’ll be extremely disappointed with myself if nothings changed.

Hello,
I’m new to the challenge, well actually to the whole program. I’m confused. I signed up to the challenge but I don’t have any information to the challenge. How does it work, what do I have to do, what kind of pictures do we do, how do we keep track of everything? All these questions and I can’t find any answers on the app either. They told me I was suppose to receive an email but I didn’t. They told me to write to the help desk to get an email explaining but the help desk wrote back that I have to look for it in the app. Completely lost and confused. Can someone please help me.
