I made the grilled chicken Fajitas but I don't have a grill so I stir fried it... with some sliced avocado and salsa...SO good!

This affirmation was perfect timing... been feeling discouraged about starting this challenge. Comparison is part of the enemy's plan to destroy but i commit to taking my time, acknowledging my limitations but to keep going anyway!! Any 60 somethings in the house?
